Farewell

I do not know
when I pass on
if I will miss
nuclear sunsets,
Beethoven,
my loved ones,
since what comes next
is unknown to me.
I'll leave with no regrets,
having given up
most of my desire
for material things,
my remaining hope
before departure
the good I have done
will not dissipate.
