Amanda Krut grew up in the shadows of the Colorado Rocky Mountains along the Platte River. Since an early age, she loved to draw and write but around
her sophomore year of high school she started devoting herself to poetry and flash fiction.
Three years later, Amanda is a student at the University of Northern Colorado majoring in her other two loves, political science and philosophy (with a minor in writing, to no one's surprise). Although she no longer plays under the shadows of the Rocky Mountains, she has held onto her love of the written word, which carries on to this day.
