Tobi Cogswell lives in Southern California. Her work can be read most recently in SPOT Lit(erary) Mag(azine), Penumbra, Bellowing Ark, Newport Review, Essence (UK) and Seven CirclePress and is forthcoming in Forge Journal and Northridge Review. She has three chapbooks Sanity Among the Wildflowers, Hostage Negotiation in Negative-Land and most recently, Carpeting the Stones (2008).
